Helping and forming vocations is for all of us a meritorious duty. Pope St. Pius X said itis the work of works (BM 519).
From Father Tom: It is meritorious to find other members but there is more. If they come and persevere we share in all the good work they do. The work is really difficult...but the reward is really great.
