Vocations come when they see that we communicate the wisdom of God (VMW 968).
From Father Tom: The Founder is obviously talking about the work of the priests, brothers, and sisters, but we are not entirely ruled out: our normal conversation, for example, what does it communicate? Our behavior, what does it communicate? Example speaks louder than words.
