Don't get involved in discussions about the different schools of spirituality. The Lord has given you just one: Jesus Master, Way, Truth and Life (VMC 597).
Prayers are SOUNDS and the sounds must express what the person making the sounds is. Our sounds, therefore, must express what we are. Are all the "sounds" you make truly "Pauline" sounds or of some other devotion?
