To guide other people we need knowledge, goodwill, good judgment and then...the ability to stand back and let the Spirit operate (VMC 167).
We have the first three qualities, but not always the fourth one-- actually the most important. WE can't guide people spiritually, only the Spirit can...so let's give Him plenty of room to operate!
