"HAVE A FEELING WITH SAINT PAUL FOR SOULS" --Saint Paul is the model Apostle. He blended the most disparate elements and made them his own at the service of an Idea, a Life, a Being. He was the unflagging Apostle who, "Omnia omnibus factus--made all things for all," was always everywhere, with everybody, with all means (AE 36).

From Father Tom: Probably most of us still have something to learn about St. Paul and the masterly way he tackled an extremely challenging task: not just preached an alternative to the God-given Mosaic Law, but proposed as the new hero humanly impossible and his last years were sad ones as most of the news about his efforts showed that the human results were mixed at best. Little did he realize that his Letters would be his real gift to the ages!
